Purchased items arrived damaged, is second consecutive time the carrier destroyed the pkg from this shipper. UPS IS THE CULPRIT.
Other than that i presume the articles in the shipment were good except for the soaking wet box they were in.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're very sorry your shipment arrived damaged, especially since this is the second consecutive time you've experienced an issue with the carrier. We're also sorry the box arrived soaking wet.

We take great care when packing orders, so it's disappointing to hear they were damaged during transit. Please contact us at sales @ britishfoodsupplies com with your order number and photos of the damaged package and items. We'll be happy to review what happened and work with you to make this right.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

This stuff is amazing!!

I don’t think I can ever go back to any other apricot jam or preserve again!! This is amazing and goes well on toast or on things like chocolate pound cake!
