Nairn's - Scottish Oatcakes and Oat Biscuits

Buy Nairn's Oatcakes Online in the USA
An oatcake is not a cake and not a cookie. It is a savoury Scottish biscuit made mostly of oats, eaten with cheese, pâté or smoked salmon, and it is the closest thing Britain has to a cracker with actual substance behind it.

Rough, Fine, Gluten Free and What to Put on Them
Rough oatcakes are coarser and better with strong cheese; fine ones are smoother and suit soft toppings. There is a gluten free range for anyone avoiding wheat. Cheddar and chutney is the standard pairing, but they also work at breakfast with butter and honey.
