Beech's has been making chocolates in Preston since 1920, still using the fondant and truffle recipes it started with. This collection carries coffee, champagne and matcha truffles, fondant creams in rose, matcha, pistachio and Earl Grey, lemon sherbets, butterscotch and the dark chocolate ginger bar.
