Made two ingredient biscuits with this flour and they turned out amazing. If you need GF definitely don’t be shy to try this product.

I used this self-raising gluten-free flour in a recipe for gluten-free tea scones. This flour produced THE BEST scones I have ever had - gluten free! In fact, my Grandpa, who has been to England more times than I can count (20? More?) said they tasted just like the scones he'd had in England. That blew me away.So I highly recommend this product!

Two ingredient biscuits, easiest ever. This flour mix and an equal amount of heavy cream. Or sour cream. Mix and bake. Light and tasty. And gluten free.The flour seems extra fine and seeps out of the packaging, the plastic overwrap, and over other items shipped together. But worth is for easy and tasty gluten free biscuits.

I’m amazed at how silky feeling this flour is. I don’t know how else to describe it. Works well for making breads.

This last time on receiving Dove GF flour there was spillage.This was unfortunate the flour was wrapped in plastic but under the that there was flour..This product is not cheap at $18

About what you’d expect, just not for the price they charge.

This gluten free flour was used to make a cake and fried chicken, it was delicious. there was very little difference between the fried food cooked with regular wheat based flour and this gluten free flour. We will be using this moving forward for our baking/cooking.

Heads up if you’re looking for a corn free, gluten free self raising flour. This does contain corn! I didn’t realize until it was too late :(

As someone who enjoys a quick, healthy snack, this self rising flour lends itself to a lot of ideas. Using this i've made protein pizza, protein cheesy bread, protein brownies, etc. I always keep this in my cupboard.

Formula is extremely chewy which I do not prefer. I will not be repurchasing.

This item is GROSSLY gouged in price, even WITH the international shipping. Buy it elsewhere in multiple packs to save on shipping. Other than that the PRODUCT itself is DEFINITELY WORTH IT! Performs very similar to wheat flour, texture and flavor is excellent and can be used cup for cup.

Arrived well packaged, with the original paper packaging enclosed in sealed plastic, no leakage of flour in the box. The flour itself looks and tastes good, bakes beautifully. Terrific fluffy texture. Expensive—understandable, given it is not available here in the US and must be sourced from the UK—but worth it. Much nicer than other gluten-free flours I have tried.

I used this in a recipe that I have for a chicken casserole with dumplings on top. I had read that the packaging was not good but perhaps it has been corrected...mine came in great shape and so nice to find gluten-free self-rising flour. My recipe turned out even better than it use to be with regular flour.

Very finely milled and seems to work well in most recipes I’ve tried

This arrived much more quickly than promised, which was impressive considering that it was shipping from the UK. It is also a very fine and light flour, which means that it made a gigantic mess. However, the final product was very light and moist, the best results I have had with GF flour. I just wish it were more affordable. I understand that the shipping adds to the price, but I used almost half the bag for one recipe, so I'll have to save this for special occasions.

I can substitute this for regular self rising flour in recipes.

I was initially VERY disappointed when this product arrived. It was smashed into a brown box that was damp from the rainy weather and flour was spilling out. This could not possibly pass food safety standards. There was no plastic around the flour (which is packaged in paper!!) and if wasn't so darn expensive I would have thrown it out for fear of it being contaminated in some way. Really, was it sent like this all the way from the UK, Verified??If you can find another seller or ensure better packaging this is worth a try. We just used it to make pancakes and I was amazed at the quality. My husband has the intolerance to gluten and we mostly eat fresh naturally gluten free meals with the occasional treat. If we're going to have a treat we want it to be something nice! Not a compromised product. The consistency was perfect! There is buckwheat in this product which I certainly noticed in the flavour and will keep in mind as I choose which recipes to use it in. I'll report back as I try it in other recipes.

While in England, we picked up a bag of this flour to make cupcakes. Have used or tired most of the other GF flour mixes available, and have made my own mixes. Hands down, by far, this makes the best cupcakes. Not only were they delicious the same day we made them, but, unlike every other flour base, the cupcakes were still soft and moist and Carey the next day, and then we forgot one, and had it 2 days later, and it was a bit drier, but STILL good! Unheard of days later in GF baking! So excited to return home and find that Verified carries it!
