Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Tea Decaf Bedtime Brew 40 tea bags

box of teabags was shipped in a paper envelope and arrived severely crushed, which is disappointing. The teabags are in a foil envelope, And are not individually wrapped. Never had this tea before. Directions are a picture that indicates 100°C, my water kettle does this for me. Using a large mug, mine is 12 ounces, steeped for 4 to 5 minutes so I did 4 1/2 minutes. It’s a very strong brew done this way, too strong for me but if you’re adding milk, then the stronger the better. If I was going to be drinking this tea black, I would double the water. With milk and a touch of sugar, the hint of vanilla has a mellowing affect and the nutmeg comes thru. Might this be re-created by adding eggnog to a cup of black tea? I’ll be sure to check next Christmas, which is the only time you can get eggnog here in the states. In the meantime, I am likely to be finishing off this box of tea very quickly.

This is my second flavor selection from Yorkshire Tea, and this one is also being added to my re-order list. It has a wonderful flavor and aroma. I add 1 scoop of Pyure Stevia Leaf Extract, and it’s absolute perfection.

This tea is so delicious! It was a little late in arriving (not surprising since we’re in a pandemic), but when I contacted the seller, they were very prompt in responding to me. This is my first time ordering this particular tea, and honestly, it was worth the wait. I’ll definitely order it again.

This is the best tasting decaf tea! Our whole family loves it.

I like it but its flavor is a little flat. I use only 6-8 ounces water to brew a small mug’s worth, which is fine. The vanilla predominates. I’d like more of the black tea and nutmeg flavors.

The taste has notes of vanilla and spice and it's caffeine free so I was able to sleep well. I drink my tea with milk and a bit of Splenda and it was quite good!

This Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Tea Bedtime Brew is absolutely delicious! It's the perfect way to wind down at the end of a long day. The blend of decaf black tea with lemon balm, lemongrass, and spices creates a soothing and comforting flavor. It's my new favorite evening ritual.

I can’t do caffeine after 2 pm so this is a mainstay in our house. I love having a good decaf black tea to rotate in with my herbal teas. This is way better than your typical decaf Lipton. It’s very mild, I’ve left the tea bag in way too long and it’s never been too strong.

I really enjoy a hot cup of tea before bed and usually I’ll do herbal blends. I had been eying this for a while now but wasn’t sure I wanted to pay $8 for a tea I never tried. I’ve had Yorkshire teas in the past and they were good so I gave this a try. It’s good. I like to add vanilla creamer to mine but you can also add milk or nothing. I feel it has to have some sort of creamer in it. You can definitely smell the nutmeg. I’m not sure I can say it’s a great value but it is worth a try once. The taste wasn’t what I expected but it is decent. I would purchase again if on sale.

Bought this to drink during the day, because the flavor sounded like a chai without caffeine. Never, ever expected it to have any impact upon general alertness, never mind have the ability to induce drowsiness, but it does. Discovered it quite by mistake after drinking it for breakfast and felt sleepy headed all morning. It seems implausible, but having tried it now during different times of day I think you'll find that if you drink a couple of tea bags worth you will feel like taking a nap or even just turning in for the night within an hour of drinking the brew. The flavor of this is not strong but the effect certainly is. Highly Recommended for use as a bedtime brew. Not recommended as a Pick Me Up!

Mmmmm, love this tea! TBH, I do mix it with Taylor’s of Harrogate’s Yorkshire Gold tea, because I like a partially caffeinated tea. The nutmeg in this adds just the right bit of flavor for a nice, mild flavor if you like things like chai or cardamom tea, but want something with a little less punch to it. Lovely morning, afternoon, or night. Good iced, too.

I really like this although my husband did not. It did not relax me but it did make me think of the holidays.

This is a much smoother/mellower tea than many of the Yorkshire teas. It is not bland or insipid, just doesn't have the "bite" that they usually do. The only reason for the lower star rating, was the fact that it is marketed as a "bedtime" tea. It might work well for others, but for me it is not a bedtime tea. It is a good afternoon tea, but I find it to be slightly invigorating, rather than somnolent.

I absolutely love the biscuit tea version, but the bedtime one had a weird flavor to it and I just immediately stuck it in the trash. Nutmeg? I can’t recall now what it was that so struck me, but if you are a fan of the biscuit one, this is not the same. The toast and jam one is okay, it does taste like toast and jam. But this one, no…

Wonderful flavor and aroma. Comforting vanilla and nutmeg combine for a tasty tea. Not overpowering. I’ll be adding this to my recurring orders.

Tried it on a whim when I bought another flavor. While I like the other, this one is just perfect. The flavor is perfectly balanced, not over powering, smooth and very soothing for an evening/bedtime sip.

The flavor of this tea is a little stronger than some people might be used to. I could not really describe what the flavor profile is, only I enjoy the flavor. My mother cannot have caffeine, so this is a great option for her. A Youtuber said this is the brand of tea most British people drink. The Regular tea is great as well.

This has a light flavor. I bought for a high tea for a decaf option. I prefer yorkshire decaffeinated tea, but this is good as a decaf option. I will buy the yorkshire decaf again rather then this.

Very nice aroma and taste. Its a relaxing cup and helps with a good night’s sleep.
