Simpkins Nipits Liquorice Pellets 12g

I am old enough to remember SEN SEN, sold actually to cover up bad oral smells...from smoking, drinking, poor oral care.I also remember the 'lil bitty paper package having a unique odor...licorice, maybe violet or clove, plus....NIPITS are small. Come in a nice tin case.Have an impossible little flap system to release them piece by piece,Have NO resemblance to SEN SEN smell or flavor. Licorice flavor is not intense at all. THREW AWAY on second day.

I like the candy too. It can’t get too hot or will all melt together. Better than most cough drops.

Good tasting.

I like the strong licorice taste, but they dissolve quickly. I remember them being square chips and VERY dense. The case is great so only a few come out, and it won't open by accident in your pocket or purse. Good value, lots of small bits to refresh breath or cover over that nasty metallic taste from chemo!

Excellent Service

If you are looking for licorice lozenges for your throat without too much sweetness, this is it. The only problem I had, the box is a little tricky to open.

Not too sweet. A little small, but good for what I need

Kind of remind me of the old Sen Sen candy no longer made

Perfect replacement for Sen Sens

Great licorice products

Strong enough to work great on your throat!

VERY FLAVORFUL, NICE TO CARRY FOR A QUICK LICORICE FIX...YUMMY

You must be a real licorise lover with these or they will knock you over. I love them. Was hoping they would replace SenSen of years ago but these are much more intense and like little rocks. The dispensing can is more annoying than anything, but cute

Nipits is not a candy--it's pure licorice extract (powerful) in a tiny pellet which is what we wanted. My husband develops coughing fits and this helps to clear the mucus from his throat. Nipits are serving their purpose for us.

It is a nice alternative to sweet candy

Wish the licorice flavor was STRONGER. Enjoyable!

This is pure licorice- no sugar- for those who crave the real thing!!

Love these things! Using for ulcer treatment and reminds me of the old sensens that my grandparents used.

Annual Christmas gift for husband. This brand is great, flavor ,package, and delivery. Discovered this brand several years ago and will keep purchasing

Helps with vocal warmup

Not sure why, but lots of pellets are broken in tiny irregular pieces. Flavor is 10/10.

These are great for lovers of real licorice flavor. Beware of the vendor: my last order arrived with the pellets melted into a solid mass.

Pleased with fast delivery. I have used the product for years, glad its still available.

I bought these for my dad who used to love Sen-sens back in the day. He said they were great and the closest thing he's had to them

These small pastilles taste almost exactly like the Meloids which were made years ago. They are great for the singing voice and help clear the throat. I use them along with sipping hot distilled water and find that the Nipits promote a more effortless tone production, especially in the vocal bridge area.

Exactly as it says on the front of the tin. These are pellets of pure liquorice extract, which do in fact clear the throat, as well as clarifying the voice. As a bonus, they taste great! The strongest liquorice flavor I've ever experienced. My partner says they aren't sweet at all, but I think they're incredibly sweet. They're about 50% sugar by weight, but they have no added sugar other than what's naturally present in the liquorice extract.Buying one tin at a time on Verified is too expensive to be really worth it, but you can buy bigger packs and it works out cheaper, especially if you go to other websites and comparison shop.

If you’ve ever had the classic sen sen that they quit making and still crave that flavor then these are the closest thing you’ll find.Great and strong licorice flavor. I’m a customer for life unless someone can prove a better product

Good product but not as good as the old Sen-Sen used to be.

It’s the kind of thing you’d want to have in your car. It’s very similar to a small round yellow box of “réglisse” named Lajaunie I used to buy as a kid in France.

They don't taste quite the same as Sen Sen, but close enough to make it worthwhile. The canister is an improvement. I don't mind the price for something I wanted.

I wish the pieces were somewhat bigger. These are very small chips or 'shavings'. But I do like the pure licorice flavor with no sweetening.

Fresh product, great flavor and terrific tin as a bonus.

Love these so much but pretty pricey for the tin. I can't eat just one, they were gone in two sittings! Best flavor I remember from childhood.
