BEST PICKLED ONIONS IN THE WORLD. TRY TO BELIEVE

These are real English pickled onions. Not too sharp or mild. A good, medium tanginess. Probably not for the American palate but I grew up with these and love them with strong cheddar or a turkey sandwich at Christmas!

A few months ago these were $6.99 per jar if I bought six at a time. Now they're over $12 a jar. I love them so maybe once a year I'll get them but they are fabulous crispy and vinegery.

My husband is half British and he loves these. I have requested that he not open them when I am anywhere near! Gag...they are so strong smelling, I don't know how it puts them in his mouth! But he says they are "the real deal" that he remembers from his childhood. If you like this sort of deal, get them. As for this household, there will be no kissing for a couple of hours after ingesting these things!

Nice English pickled onions, get a jar of beetroot, some crackers and cheese and have yourself a little party.

I love these pickled onions and haven’t found them anywhere for years. I hesitated to purchase them because of the breakage potential. The packaging is double bubble wrap, individually when buying multiples. It convinced me I could send them safely as gifts and not have a disaster arrive. Love the seller’s careful packaging and love the product.

These pickled onions are perfect! Crispy and delicious!

Decided to change things up on a recent campout, so I served a Ploughman's Lunch for the assembled crowd. These onions were promptly devoured by the assembled crowd, and the praise was universal. Crisp, with just the right amount of vinegar tang. Perfect with sharp cheddar, Branston Pickle and crusty bread.

Great pickled onions and definitely not too tart.

I grew up in New Zealand and we used to get pickled onions like these. Since moving to US, I couldn't find any and forgot about them. Then I discovered that Verified has these pickled onions, and they brought back fond memories. You can eat them whole, but some people may find them too intensely vinegary. A nice option is to slice them and add them to salads. I also like them sliced on top of cheese slices on crackers. And, if I want to be taken back to my youth, I eat them whole. The quality is excellent, and they are well packed. I think they are great value considering they are imported from England and hard to find in the US.

I love these onions right out of the jar but I am sure they would be great in a martini or in a salad. Brings me back to when I was a little boy. They were packaged well and shipping was fast. Highly recommend!

These are the best and most delicious pickled onions, my take. Some pickled onions on a plate some sharp cheese a dash of Lea and Perrins sauce and some bread and butter.
