"Best by"� date issue

The product came on the date expected; the Licorice Allsorts are great. The issue is that the two boxes of candy were delivered on 5 February 2024, and the packages were stamped with a "Best by" date of 26 February 2024. Three weeks to eat two boxes of candy?

This candy is shipped from the UK, and ran a little late. It's a decent British licorice, but I'm not sure it was worth the wait.

Great blast from the past

Growing up in a Scottish household there was always a box of Liquorice Allsorts available. It was a race for the brown and the coconut ones.I recently purchased a package. I ate a few and hid the package from my live in grandkids.Sadly I still haven’t found them!

It's really good when you find a product that you've eaten for decades and it's still produced by it's original company. The problem is as time goes on other companies try to produce a similar product but they never quite taste the same. So when I found Allsorts by Bassett's, I gave their protect a try and it was still original and delicious as I remember it. I highly recommend this product and will be buying more.

Reminds me of my mum.

My mother always had the licorice Alsorts for Christmas. My grandparents sent them to her for Christmas. I thought the layers were fun as a kid. As an adult I bout these for my mom on Christmas. My mom died in 2014 and now Licorice Alsorts remind me of my mom. Thank you for the lovely memories. Iv tried several different brands but Basset’s are the right one.

There is one problem

The Allsorts arrived fresh and on time. The problem was the two of us ate them up too fast. Addictive is not the word well actually it is. On a serious note licorice eating can do odd things for those who are sensitive to salt.
