These are really good on my yogurt parfaits crumbled on top for weight watchers! I was surprised at how good they are. They taste just like shortbread cookies but without that extra kick of sweetness !

Speaking as a diabetic who loves real sugar, this is a great substitution. Very good shortbread texture and sweet enough to satisfy.

Not as rich tasting as regular shortbread, but a decent substitute as a low carb cookie. I put a dab of SF cookie butter to give some flavor and moisture.
Used for dessert crumbing some up to add to berries & cool whip. Added Peanut Butter to others or just by themselves. Delicious!

But this is some of the best I’ve found so far! I miss the real, creamy-like shortbread but it’s just loaded with sugar. And the “creamy” sugar free shortbread I’ve found (Voortmans) was creamy but didn’t have the flavor. This one has the flavor that I missed. The only downside is that their variety of cookies, while all very good, are quite expensive. If they were a little cheaper I’d buy them all the time! But maybe that’s a good thing since they’re not calorie or fat free!
