Good but concerned about refrideration

I love this product, but without any cold packs provided during shipping, it turned yellow and I am hesitant to use it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the product arrived discolored, especially since you love it and were hesitant to use it. ❤️

A must when making Sticky Toffee Pudding! Making this has become a tradition when my grandson visits after experiencing this dessert in England and Scotland!

Condition was really good for a shelf stable product

Condition was really good for a shelf stable product. Nice and thick and perfect. The cost is also better than most stores. I can think of only 1 or two grocery stores that I can get it at and it is a lot more expensive than buying it here. Besides where else do I get my favourite items all packed and taken such good care of!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! 😊

We're so happy to hear the product arrived in perfect condition and met your expectations. It's also great to know you found our prices competitive and appreciate the care we put into packing every order.

Knowing that you can count on us for your favorite British products and that they arrive safely and ready to enjoy means the world to us. Thank you for choosing British Food Supplies. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again soon!

Excellent! Thank you!😄

Loved all.
