Colmans Classic Mint Sauce 165g is the sharp vinegar mint sauce that goes with lamb, and it is not mint jelly. It is thin, it is acidic, and that is precisely the point.
How it is used
- With: Roast lamb, lamb chops, or shepherd's pie. A spoonful on the side of the plate.
- Not the same as: American mint jelly, which is sweet and set. This one is loose and vinegary.
- Jar size: 165g.
