How to make it

Method: Spoon into a jug, add boiling water and whisk. Add more granules for thicker gravy.
With: Roast beef, bangers and mash, toad in the hole, or poured straight over chips.

I love this gravy mix. I am an ex-Brit, so I was brought up on Bisto Gravy. Wouldn't use anything else.

No corn starch!

My wife has an allergy to corn products, especially corn starch, which most gravy mixes use to thicken the gravy. Ah, Bisto uses potato starch and it is a great-tasting gravy that thickens up nicely. We use it to make beef stew as well as gravy for meat and potatoes. Highly recommend, even if you aren't allergic to corn!
