Product Description

Aunty'S Strawberry Steamed Puddings 2 X 95G is a twin pack of Aunty's strawberry steamed puddings - individual British steamed sponge puddings, 2 x 95g.

Product Highlights & Features

The flavour: Strawberry jam in the base of the basin, which becomes a sauce over the sponge when turned out.
What a steamed pudding is: A British steamed sponge: batter cooked in a covered basin over simmering water rather than baked in dry heat. Steaming keeps it moist and gives the soft, close crumb a baked sponge never has. It is served hot with custard.
Individual portions: Two 95g basins rather than one large pudding, so pudding is possible on a weeknight rather than only when there is a table full of people. Microwave, turn out and pour custard over.

About Aunty's: Aunty's makes traditional British steamed sponge puddings in twin-pack basins - the individual portions of the puddings British households grew up on.
