# Sharwood's - Mild, Medium and Hot Curry Powder

Sharwood's has been supplying British kitchens with Indian ingredients since the 1880s, longer than most of the country has been eating curry. The curry powder is the cupboard staple: one tin, three heat levels, no other spices required.

All three strengths are in stock: Mild, Medium and Hot Curry Powder, each in 102g.

British curry powder is a ready blended mix rather than a single spice, and it is used generously. Medium is the everyday choice. Start it in hot oil with onions for a minute before anything else goes in, which is where the flavour actually develops. Imported by us and shipped from Massachusetts.
